You can expect to design creative development solutions for webinars, training, digital advertising, promotions, demos, info-graphics, web UX and interactive assignments across multimedia platforms. You will also plan, design, develop, lead and deliver digital media solutions, oversee activities associated with developing concepts, plans, and training modules needed for BCBSKS members, employer groups, providers, BCBSKS employees and the general public.

 

We’re building a design culture in a very traditional atmosphere and industry that will give you have the opportunity to:

 

  • Lead the corporate usability team that mentors other members of the organization in UI and UX concepts and best practices as well as plan, coordinate and conduct testing, analysis and prepare recommendations.
  • Articulate value of UX initiatives as well as outlining scope, and key objectives.

 

We are also looking for your expertise to work on all corporate eCommerce web sites, which support brand identities and position Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas to lower administration costs, increase market share, reduce medical payout and provide better customer service.

 

This is a meaningful but challenging position so we are looking for a seasoned professional with a combination of college and/or experience as described below equal to 5 years.

What you’ll need:

  • You’ll have proven experience-applying usability testing techniques and analysis and experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies.
  • Fluency in the latest web standards and responsive design.
  • Able to identify communication and education gaps and craft solutions to close those gaps.
  • Able to learn and analyze new technology and insurance information that can be integrated into new business initiatives.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently, and be able to work in a team environment while promoting collaborative processes, driving consensus across organizational teams.
  • Ideally you have working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to present and defend design decisions to groups including senior partners.
  • Working knowledge of the following software packages preferred: Adobe Captivate, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and After Effects.
  • Experience working with outside freelancers and consultants such as: trainers, web consultants and developers, designers and professionals in the education facilities.
  • A valid driver’s license is required, as you may need to travel from time to time starting and finishing outside of normal working hours.

About You:

  • Ideally 5-10 years experience as a product or design lead in a large enterprise

Job Description:

Primary Accountabilities

  • Provides technical leadership in the ongoing adoption and development of software configuration management procedures, standards and methods.
  • Supports software configuration management initiatives across multiple environments and computing tiers to provide fully automated and self-service systems for building and deploying applications.
  • Leads the analysis, design, development and execution of software configuration management tasks; including building software deliverables from source code control, scripting of builds, and tracking of build versions on multiple computing platforms.

We are seeking a really strong cyber firefighter, someone who can rapidly address security incidents and threats as they appear.

In your role, you will be using a host of forensics tools to find the root cause of a problem, limit the damage and see that it never happens again. Part of your job will also involve education and prevention.

Responsibilities:

You will be an industry experienced/knowledgeable Incident Response Specialist with the ability to strategise and lead Incident engagements with all staffing levels. You hold a clear understanding of the right people, processes and technology needed to make this happen

On the ground level, your job is to keep attacks from occurring and/or prevent them from getting worse. During the course of your day, you may be required to:

  • Actively monitor systems and networks for intrusions
  • Identify security flaws and vulnerabilities
  • Perform security audits, risk analysis, network forensics and penetration testing
  • Perform malware analysis and reverse engineering
  • Develop a procedural set of responses to security problems
  • Establish protocols for communication within an organisation and dealings with law enforcement during security incidents
  • Create a program development plan that includes security gap assessments, policies, procedures, playbooks, training and tabletop testing
  • Produce detailed incident reports and technical briefs for management, administrators and end-users
  • Liaison with other cyber threat analysis entities

Experience:

  • 5+ year’s experience in cyber security and Incident response field
  • Good knowledge of cyber security. You are passionate about your field and what you don’t know about cyber security, is just not worth knowing.
  • Strong experience in Incident response and Digital Forensic.
  • Certification of cyber security, Forensic and Incident response is a plus (CISSP, ECSA, GISP, GCIH, GCFE, GCFA)
